1. Participation is open for (prospective) professional musicians. As well as soloist, duo, trio, etc.

2. Participants may upload max. 3 different movies.

3. Closing date of the contest is 10 december 2008

4. Adjudication will be in the hands of the Groningen Guitar Duo: Remco de Haan en Erik Westerhof

5. The winner has to provide proof of his or her capability to perform a 60 minute recital during the festival.

6. The winner will be announced after signing the contract for his/her festival performance.

7. The winner will give a masterclass for 4 people during the festival.

8. Outcome of the contest is not open for discussion.

9. Video’s of which the quality is not corresponding with the standards set by the Festival organisation will be removed from our site.

10. Travel allowance will be awarded according to the following rules: Netherlands : no allowance. For travels less then 250 kilometer: no allowance. For travel from the rest of Europe: 300 euro allowance. For travel from outside Europe: 600 euro travel allowance.
